The terms and conditions set out below apply to your use of the domain names www.castlehillexplorers.org.uk and www.castlehillexplorers.org when combined to create the one website (“Site”), which Castle Hill Explorer Scout Unit ("Unit") make available to promote communication with existing Explorer Scouts, Parents/Legal Guardians, Adult Leaders and the general public ("Users"). Existing Explorer Scouts, Parents/Legal Guardians, Adult Leaders will have the opportunity to register with the Site to access specific information regarding the Unit via a Private Members Area ("Private Area").

The Unit reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions by posting changes on www.castlehillexplorers.org.uk/terms-and-conditions and it is your responsibility to refer to and comply with these terms on accessing the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of these modified terms.

4. Termination.
If you breach this Agreement, the Unit may terminate your right to use this Site. Also the Unit holds the right to delete a Users access to the Private Area for any reason.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
